The name of Castle Marojallia is at the same time the name of the wine which is pressed from the castle's vineyard. The housewine "Clos Margolaine" will also delight your taste-buds.
Castle Marojallia is enchanting with its mixture of tradition, luxury, modern comfort, and the incomparable location in the middle of Bordeaux.
Each superiour room and each suite is tastefully furnished and individually set up.

Journey itinerary
Day 1:
Upon arrival you are treated to an evening meal at the sister hotel „Pavillon de Margaux“ - Overnight stay at Castle Marojallia
Day 2:
After an extensive breakfast you will have the morning time just for yourself. How about an excursion around about the castle?
Here in the middle of the winegrowing area of Bordeux you have the opportunity to learn to know the particularities of the Bordeaux wines and, of course take part in a wine sampeling.
At 0500 pm you are introduced to Chef de Cuisine Madame Gäelle Benoiste Pilloire. One of her stop overs was Ritz in Paris, one of the leading restaurants in France.
This "artist " of incomparable taste loves to share her secrets - simple, but at the same time, so very special - by showing and teaching her own culinary artwork and to inspire others.
Day 3:
Morning time to yourself. How about playing some gulf, or exploring the area while horseback riding, or taking a walk to the nearby castles?
At 0500 pm you are meeting Madame Gäelle Benoiste Pilloire in the kitchen. Benefit from her great experiential treasures. She will enjoy to guide and help you. Under her supervision you are preparing the evening meal afterwards you will collectively eat in the castle's dining room.
Day 4:
Morning time to yourself. Visit the city e.g. Bordeaux, it is only about 30 minutes by car. Enjoy the flair of the old town during a walk that could cease at the harbour. Be astonished by the beautiful and exceptional architechture.
Or stay at the Castle, A lovely spa-area invites to relax. Indulge yourself with a massage (by appointment), or go swimming in the castle's swimming pool.
One last time in the kitchen your cooking skills are in demand. Collectively under guidance of Madame Chef de Cuisine the evening meal is prepared.
Day 5:
Savour one more time the excellent breakfast before your homeward travel or to continue the journey.
